Free Labour Protection Audit

Every year, on the anniversary of City Square Center in May, we launch the campaign of the 10 compliance audits free, in labour protection, designed for our new customers.

What it offers: we provide a confidential internal audit, audit regarding your activities in relation to the legal requirements of Law 319/2006 – Law of safety in labour and HG 1425/2006 on implementing rules of the law safety.

How does the compliance internal audit work?

• sign a confidentiality clause which makes sure that all the information we are aware only be reported to the company’s legal representative;
• we come to the working place, analyse workspaces, used equipment, activities and employee behaviour regarding the safety at work;
• analyse the labour safety documents already prepared in accordance with legal requirements;
• Introducing, in a written report, all necessary measures for the safety of the workplace, the potential penalties for non-compliance with legal requirements, the potential for accidents and possible consequences;
• Introducing, in a written report, recommendations for preparing the necessary documents to cover all legal requirements;
• on request, we participate in remedying nonconformities
